Ever Notice?

Ever notice:

* The smaller the food you put on a child’s tray the more care they take with it? This morning I put a pile of Rice Krispies on MiniBear’s tray and he was happy as a clam. Last night it was spaghetti and I think that chunk will stay on the ceiling for some time to come…
* If a child has something they shouldn’t have that you get more mileage out of “Can Daddy have that?” than “NO!” (works great for the TV remote at least…)
* That no matter how much you pay for a new toy for a kid what they really want is something that just happens to be around the house? Have gotten great mileage out of kitchen mitts (“Mister Mitten!”) and recycled plastic butter tubs.
